Get ready Los Angeles, the rock takeover is coming! Tonight, Symphony leads the way with marching bass kicks, rock cheers (“Hey! hey!”) and sweeping guitars progressions. The buzz band has gained attention for their blending of 80s and 90s rock that would make hair bands sing along, and grunge rockers bob their heads in unison. Opening the night is hip hop and rock group 7 Lions whose recent hit, “Born 2 Run” has been getting heavy play on 102.7 KIIS FM; and Ice Cream Fire, who cross your fingers, might play some of their new material from their upcoming EP release & debut album that combines “clever wordplay, Lady Gaga-esque pop vocals & Foo Fighters level rock riffs” (The Roxy).
